The Prayers:
There are several types of prayers that can be used. The three most common are protection from magic, protection from missles, and protection from melee. Each protects from the appropriate type of attack.

1	Thick Skin	Increases your defence by 5%.
4	Burst of Strength	Increases your strength by 5%
7	Clarity of Thought	Increases your attack by 5%
10	Rock Skin	Increases your defence by 10%
13	Superhuman Strength	Increases your strength by 10%
16	Improved Reflexes	Increases your attack by 10%
19	Rapid Restore	2x restore rate for all stats except hitpoints and prayer.
22	Rapid Heal	2x restore rate for hitpoints
25	Protect Items	Keep 1 extra item if you die
28	Steel Skin	Increases your defence by 15%
31	Ultimate Strength	Increases your strength by 15%
34	Incredible Reflexes	Increases your attack by 15%
37	Protect from Magic	Protection from magical attacks
40	Protect from Missiles	Protection from ranged attacks
43	Protect from Melee	Protection from close attacks
46	Retribution	It deals damage to targets nearby when you die.
49	Redemption	Heals you if your health falls under 10% of your maximum health.
52	Smite	25% of the damage dealt, is drained from your opponent's prayer.

Types of bones:

To train prayer, you must bury bones. Different types of bones give different amounts of experiance.

4.5	Bones/Wolf Bones	Dropped by most NPC's/Wolves.
4.5	Burnt Bones	Found in the wilderness near the Greater demons.
5	Monkey Bones	Dropped by monkeys.
5.33	Bat Bones	Dropped by giant bats.
15	Big Bones/Jogre Bones	Dropped by ogres, jogres and all giants.
18	Monkey Bones	Dropped by Monkey Guards.
30	Baby Dragon Bones	Dropped by Baby (blue or red) Dragons.
50	Skeletal Wyvern Bones	Dropped by Skeletal Wyverns in theIce Caves.
72	Dragon Bones	Dropped by all dragons.
125	Dagannoth Bones	Dropped by the Dagannoth kings in the Waterbirth Island dungeons.

Using the Ectofungus:

A common myth about the Ectofungus is that you must have completed the Ghosts Ahoy Quest to use it. This is NOT true. Having completed the quest makes it ALOT easier, but it is not required. To use the ectofungus:

Take 1 bucket alllll the way down to the pool of slime below the ground floor, and collect some.
take your bones and 1 empty pot up to the second floor.
Put your bones in the loader
Wind the wheel, then collect them
Take them back down and worship the ectofungus.

Doing this gives almost 3x the exp per bone.
