Introduction Farming Plots Farming Tips Due to the size of the farming skill, and sheer amount of time it takes to collect accurate information, this guide will at the present time cover only basics. Look for an update in the future! Introduction Farming, like most skills can also be a good moneymaker, but it takes patience because unlike other skills, players have little or no control over the amound of time required to grow their plants. At the current time we wont cover experiance values for seeds but we will show what types of seeds can be planted in what types of plots. There are 10 types of patches:
There are only a few simple things to remember about seeds and patches. Vegetable seeds go in allotments, along with herb and flower seeds. The rest are self-explanitory. Read the tips section for a few tips on farming efficiently. [Return to Top] Farming Tips When Farming, its best to get into a rythm with teleports. Amulets of nature are not advised because they are expensive and can only watch one patch. If you DO decide to use them use it on your last patch, so that you can get a general feel for when the others should be done. You dont HAVE to stay near your patch for your crops to grow. Just check a guide for the amount of time it should take and check back in that amount of time. [Return to Top] |
Random Tip: For Rangers who enjoy crossbows, you might want to look into getting a bolt pouch from the crossbow salesdwarf in Keldagrem. A pouch holds 4 types of bolts, and up to 255 of each type. |
