Cooking
Cooking is a very big part of Runescape. A master chef can cook up meals to sustain himself for hours, when balanced correctly with combat tactics! It is wise, therefore, to train yourself up to a high level cook, as many skills will benefit from the extended time allowed by greater healing.

We start with fish. Fish and meats are the most common food types in Runescape because they are easily attainable, and can be priced higher than bread and farm produce.

Items with a * are members objects.

**Karambwan must be cooked twice. Undercooked Karambwan will poison you.

In order to cook pies, you'll need pastry dough, which should be used with a pie dish. Fill it with your choice of fillings, and then cook it into your pie. For cakes, use a cake tin instead of pie dish.
