Introduction
Agility is decidedly NOT one of runescapes more popular skills. Its slow in training, and many think it serves little or no purpose. Nonetheless it IS a skill, and for those who wish to develope it, its a simple one to train. Go from point A to point B through obstacles A, B, and C. Jagex spiced it up a bit however when they added the Brimhaven Agility Arena. This little jewel is in my own humble opinion the funnest way to train agility (possibly not saying much) and it can be somewhat appealing in itself in the downtimes between slaying feirce dragons and recovering lost gems for an architecht in the desert (ring a bell anyone?).
The agility arena is a nice place to get some good experiance (check the agility skill guide for exact values), and with some friends and a "must be first" attitude, or a gnomeball, you could have a little bit of fun while your there.

What to Bring
Agility involves quickness, and fitness (in real life at least) which carries over to the game somewhat. The best setup will be to get OUT of your clunky big armour, or tight dragonhide sets, or big bulky mage robes, and get where your going fast.
I would STRONGLY reccommend boots of lightness (see the guide in the misc. section) some cakes (although not to many), a ring of life, 200gp, and at least 1 empty inventory slot. A popular game is gnomeball among frineds at the arena so you can always bring one of those, or anything else you want. Just get your weight down as low as possible.

Tickets
Tickets are your reward here. All the obstacles inside will give a small amount of experiance, but the majority of your reward will come from these little jewels. for exact experiance amounts you should check our agility guide, but turning in 1000 tickets as opposed to 1,10,25,or 100 will give you a fair amount more (around 32,000 more) experiance. Other available rewards include a pirates hook, a toadflax herb, and a snapedragon herb. Use your tickets wisely!
