Falador, home of the White Knights and their sister group, the Templar Knights. Each of these is one point in a triangle of rivalries, the third made up by the Black Knights of Taverly Dungeon. The White Knights Castle itself is something to see, although the throne has been empty for some time now. Falador is also home to the Herald, who can assign and change your family crest, related to the Construction skill. Furthermore, Falador has its own park, right next to one of its two banks (the Eastern one). The park is the entrance to one of the more funner and less dangerous team dungeons, a.k.a. Mole Hunting. Skillwise, Falador is seen as the capital of Human mining. Human is the keyword, because Dwarves obviously would rather use their home of Keldagrem to mine over a Human city! For the free world, Falador hosts the closest furnace to a bank, whilst members could use Port Phasmatys instead. Falador also straddles the border between the free and member worlds, so much so that climbing the crumbling west wall will put you in the member side of Runescape. Just south of the Eastern bank is the entrance to the mining guild. On a final note, heading South will put you in Port Sarim, while heading East will lead you past the Party room and into the Barbarian Village, and eventually, Varrock. Heading Southwest will lead you to the Crafting Guild, and eventually Rimmington. Falador is no doubt one of the nicer cities of Runescape, and with continuing updates, it can only get better.

For players who cannot teleport to Ardougne, the fastest way to get there is to take a ship from Port Sarim to Karamja, then Brimhaven to Ardougne.
Watch out for quick-shifting traders. Always check the second trade screen to make sure they have not switched items or coin amounts without you seeing.
